Ushers

Ushers play a vital role in creating a welcoming and orderly worship experience at St. Andrew’s. They are often the first friendly faces you see when you walk through our doors—offering a greeting, a bulletin, and a smile that says, “You belong here.”

Beyond hospitality, ushers help maintain the flow of our services. They assist with seating, take up the offering, guide the congregation during communion, and are ready to lend a hand whenever a need arises. Their calm presence and attentive care help ensure that everyone, whether newcomer or longtime member, feels comfortable and supported during worship.

Ushers serve on a rotating schedule, and training is provided. This is a wonderful ministry for individuals or families who enjoy being present in community and helping others feel at home.
