October is stewardship month!
Sunday Forums connect faith to everyday life through guest speakers, conversation, and reflection. Each session offers something new—whether it’s exploring Scripture, learning from parishioners and outside voices, or tackling current issues through the lens of faith. This is a space for curiosity and dialogue, where no question is off‑limits and every perspective is valued.
FaithX: Your Story. Your Journey. Our Community
FaithX is a new series from the Adult Forums Ministry. It’s not a Bible study—this is about sharing your personal faith journey, your reflections, and your story.
Through short, TED-style talks (10–15 minutes), parish members will tell stories of doubt, growth, challenge, or moments of profound connection with God. You can use slides, music, video, or any creative medium that helps bring your story to life.

Who Can Participate?
Anyone! FaithX celebrates stories from all walks of life and all stages of faith. There’s no “right” or “wrong” story—just your authentic journey. You don’t need to be a professional presenter or comfortable speaking in front of a crowd—just have a willingness to share your journey. St. Andrew’s is a supportive community and loves you just as you are.
Full Communion Partners
Starting in the fall of 2025, St. Andrew’s will launch a new adult formation series exploring the Episcopal Church’s full communion relationships — those unique ecumenical partnerships that allow us to share in sacraments, ministry, and mission with seven other Christian churches around the world.
Each session will focus on one of these partner churches, highlighting their history, theology, worship traditions, and the ways we walk together in faith and service.
We’re excited to announce the first two sessions:
September 28 – Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA)
Featuring an in‑person visit from the Pastor Susan Gaeta from Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church.
November 9 – Moravian Church (Northern & Southern Provinces)
Featuring a special in‑person visit from the Rev. Maria Tjeltveit (former co‑chair of the Moravian–Episcopal Coordinating Committee). Retired Moravian Bishop Blair Couch will join us remotely.

Beyond our series, Sunday Forums also host one‑off sessions that stand on their own. Past forums have included:

“The Philadelphia Eleven” documentary — a screening and conversation about the first women ordained as priests in the Episcopal Church in 1974 at St. Stephen’s Church, Philadelphia.
These special forums invite us to explore timely issues, inspiring voices, and important moments in church history.
