Purpose

A.
The Parish
by-laws state that a Rector may be elected by the Vestry if a Parish meeting
has so authorized it.

The Vestry is
asking that it be given authorization to elect a Rector, when that time comes
a.
After a
short discussion, a motion was passed that the members of St. Andrew’s Parish
(attendance sheet attached) authorize the Vestry to elect a Rector when the
time comes
