YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS TO US
St. Andrew's Episcopal Church is committed to protecting the privacy of anyone who uses our web site or who contacts us by email.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
Our web hosting company automatically collects the IP address of each visitor's internet service provider. They do this for all the domains they host. However, this information does not reveal your individual identity in any way. No personal information is collected or recorded by St. Andrew's unless you provide it to us through filling out a form on our web site or by sending us an email.
At this time, there are no forms on our website that collect any personal information.
When you request us to send our monthly newsletter, "The X-Press" by email, you are given the opportunity to mark a box which gives you the clear choice of indicating either that you do or you do not want to receive other announcements or communications by email. If you contact us by email for any other reason, we will collect your email address so that we can respond to you, but we will not add your email address to our database unless you ask us to do so.
WHAT INFORMATION WE SHARE
St. Andrew's staff and volunteers have access to personal information and email addresses on a need-to-know basis in order to perform their duties. However, St. Andrew's does not sell, share, or rent any personal information or the email addresses it has collected on this web site.

CHILDREN
The Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA") defines a "Child" as anyone under the age of 13. Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church will not knowingly collect "personal information" from persons who identify themselves as being under the age of 13 without prior verifiable consent of that person's parent or guardian.
