Music at St. Andrew's
Welcome from Kyle Bertulli, Minister of Music
The St. Andrew's Choir is a hard-working and friendly group of Christians that enjoys making music, and does their very best to share that enjoyment in performing it for the rest of the congregation on Sunday mornings and other special occasions. We are currently a group of approximately sixteen singers ranging from high school and college students to folks fifty and above. We love to have fun in making music, but are also dedicated to hard work to do our very best to add quality music to the various church services over the course of the year.
Repertoire includes a wide variety of music ranging from The Renaissance to more contemporary music of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. We perform mostly four-part music and occasionally three-part music. The anthems are mostly accompanied by organ, and occasionally by piano, but we also perform music a cappella.
The choir is open to all who can carry a tune. Reading music is not a requirement although it is more than welcome.

Adult Choir
The Choir is an integral part of the worship life of St. Andrew's Church. It is the responsibility of the choir to lead the congregation in song at worship services every week from September through May and to offer choral music on behalf of the congregation during the Offertory and Communion. Choir rehearsals are held on Thursday evening (7:00-8:30 p.m.) and on Sunday morning (9:00-9:45 a.m.). Additional rehearsals are held before special services. New choir members are always welcome.
